Billy has helped sell 2 of my rental properties this year (2019). Same results with both homes: under contract within a week and closed within 30 days. He has lots of experience, knows how to help get a house ready for inspection, suggests steps to getting under contract, and advises the best offer for a hassle-free closing. One of the best things about Billy is he answers the phone when you call and returns emails and texts promptly. I highly recommend Billy!
