He is very very patient. i had a thousand questions and I must say at times I was difficult to deal with because I am a know it all. Billy being the professional that he is sold my house within 30 days after it went on market. Billy is an advocate for his clients and he went to bat for me when i fell sick and my name was being slandered. Billy I really appreciate what you did for me and all of you reading this review can not go wrong if you pick a winner who cares about people. I will definitely use Billy again. He is also very reasonable with fees.

I bought my first home last summer and Billy was there to assist me through the entire process: from pre-approval to closing. Given that I never purchased a home before I was unsure what things to look out for and what to expect. Billy made this process very comfortable for me, never pressuring me in any way shape or form. I was quite picky with my selection, but Billy never got frustrated and met with me for nearly three months to visit condos in and around Atlanta. Billy did all this during the summer of 2018, at which the real estate market was particularly favorable for sellers, which made it tough for us to find a suitable place for a good price. At last however, we found the place which I know call home and I could not be happier.
