My career in real estate began on the lending side. I started as a loan processor in 1986, then I became a loan officer in 1988. For the following eighteen years I was a multi-million dollar producer for a direct lender. Early on in my lending career, I realized that I could provide a high level of service to those in need through real estate sales also. In 1992, I obtained my real estate sales person's license while I worked as a lender. When I became a NAR members in 1992, my knowledge of the mortgage industry helped me become and remain a top producer in real estate sales in both new home and residential resell. During my ten years at Coldwell Banker, I received an award for being in the top 10 nationwide for selling my own listings. I transitioned to RE/Max and eventually opened my own office with a full staff.
As of today, I have assisted hundreds of clients and closed thousands of transactions. Many of the people I have met have become close friends.
