He has lots and lots of experience, knows how to help get a house ready for inspection, suggests steps to getting under contract and advises best offer for hassle-free Closing. One of the best things about Billy is ...he answers the phone when you call, returns emails and texts promptly. I highly recommend Billy!!! He is very very patient. i had a thousand questions and I must say at times I was difficult to deal with because I am a know it all. Billy being the professional that he is sold my house within 30 days after it went on market. Billy is an advocate for his clients and he went to bat for me when i fell sick and my name was being slandered. In less than 24 hours of Billy Ogilvie as my Realtor, I recognized his value and difference from others. Billy is extremely knowledgeable drawing from decades of experience and current industry trends. That was not the only reason that I requested Billy’s services – over the years since meeting Billy during college he shared the joy of helping sellers and buyers, especially from predators. So, when my intuition told me that a real estate agent was untrustworthy, and I saw on Facebook that Billy had recently sold a house, I asked for his help (after apologizing for not calling him first, of course). Every Realtor is not the same. Billy made me a priority and has my best interest at heart.
